  6. [C]heck for Personal Mail
  7. This will list the numbers of all messages TO and FROM you.
  8.  
  9. [D]elete a Message
  10. You will be prompted for the number of the message to be deleted.  You can only
  11. delete messages TO and FROM you.
  12.  
  13. [E]nter a Message
  14. Post a message in the message base.  You may carbon copy and send the same
  15. message to up to 9 other people.  (Don't carbon copy messages to yourself or
  16. the person you originaly sent it too.)

  18. [F]iles Menu
  19. Jump over to the file section.
  20.  
  21. [G]oodbye & Logoff
  22. Goodbye and logoff the system.  If you are set for NOVICE level help, you will
  23. be prompted if you really wish to disconnect.

  25. [H]elp Level
  26. Change your help level.  NOVICE recieves full menus, REGULAR, a option line
  27. only (i.e. [ E D R G F Q H ? ] ), or EXPERT were only the menu you are
  28. currently in is displayed.  (i.e. "MESSAGE MENU:")

  30. [Q]uit to the Main Menu
  31. Quit to the Main Menu.

  33. [R]ead Messages
  34. Read public messages, and private messages to and from you.  You will be asked
  35. how to read messages. Valid responses are:
  36. <S>ince last message read.  Read all messages since the last one read "*" may  
  37.  also be used for this function.
  38. <T>o the Caller.  Read all mail (including previously read) messages TO you.
  39. <F>rom the Caller.  Read all mail FROM you.
  40. <M>arked messages.  Messages TO you that you haven't read.
  41. <###> which is a starting number to read from.

  43. [S]can Messages
  44. Scan messages, listing the date sent, subject and who it is from and to.  It
  45. uses the toggles like "read messages" (i.e. S,T,F,M,###)
  46.  
  47. [T]ext Search
  48. Search the subject of the message, and names of who sent it and to who, for a
  49. desired string.  Useful for finding messages on the same topic or to/from a
  50. certain user.

  52. [U]pdate Folders
  53. Open or close message folders.  Use this option once in a while, the SysOp may
  54. have given you access to new folders...
